1.You just need to provide your AI file or clear design file, and we can proceed with the sample. It will take about 7 days to complete and send it to you. 2.For some simple products, we can make free samples for you.

3. For more complex products that require molds, there will be a mold cost. However, we will refund this cost after you place an order.We will show you a video of the sample before shipping it out.

Q3: How will the order be shipped to us?

1.We can ship the goods by sea to your nearest port. 2.We can deliver by air to your nearest airport. 3.We can arrange express delivery via DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, Aramex, or other special lines.
